The Home screen centers the family: today’s progress, streaks, who’s most active, and longer-term trends. The Activity tab makes it easy to review any day, refresh with a pull, and stay oriented around what matters now.

Grow with a content library
Browse public workouts, exercises, tasks, and rewards and add them to your family—customize where it makes sense—without rebuilding everything from scratch. Unlimited unlocks premium catalog content for families who want more ready-made options.

Stay in sync on the go
Active timers, notifications, and a dedicated Timers view help you manage what’s running. Timer sounds can be set in Settings so activity, reward, and workout completions feel clear when something finishes.
